The short version

The tools on DocNova run inside your web browser. The files and text you use with them, such as PDFs, images, emails, invoices and bank details, are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to DocNova.

What we do not collect

• We do not receive or store the documents you open, create or convert.
• We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name or email to use the tools.

Information stored on your device

If you click Save draft in the invoice, quotation or receipt tools, that draft is saved in your browser's local storage on that device only. You can delete it with Delete draft or by clearing your browser data. Anyone with access to that device and browser could open it.

Technical data

Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers.

Changes

If we add features that send data to a server (for example, Office-to-PDF conversion) or add analytics or advertising, we will update this page and clearly label those features before they go live.
